⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5+ STARS FOR ALICIA AT TWISTED ROOTS! Alicia provided outstanding customer service and truly elevated our entire dining experience! She remembered our names and even our drinks. Wow! That personal touch made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. We visited Twisted Roots about a week ago, but unfortunately, our initial experience was disappointing due to an issue with the cooking grease. However, the manager and Alicia were extremely apologetic, handled the situation professionally, and immediately made sure we received the proper follow-through. We returned tonight, and Alicia not only remembered us but also remembered the previous mishap and made sure we received credit for it. That level of attentiveness, accountability, and genuine care speaks volumes about her commitment to customer satisfaction. Alicia, thank you for turning a disappointing experience into a reason to come back! Excellent customer service is about more than just taking orders—it’s about making people feel remembered, valued, and appreciated. You absolutely delivered! Twisted Roots is exactly the kind of place downtown Youngstown needed. Great live music, an outstanding atmosphere, and one of the coolest outdoor patios around. The hookah lounge on the deck gives it a unique vibe you don’t find just anywhere, making it a perfect spot to unwind with friends after work or spend an evening listening to live entertainment. What really impressed me, though, was the management. Before I ever walked through the door, I met Barry outside. We struck up a conversation, shook hands, and within minutes I could tell he genuinely cared about people and took pride in his business. That first impression said everything. Places don’t build great reputations by accident—they’re built by owners and managers who create an atmosphere where people actually want to spend their time. Twisted Roots has that feeling. If you’re looking for live music, a welcoming crowd, a unique outdoor space, and a place that feels like it’s becoming one of downtown Youngstown’s new gathering spots, Twisted Roots belongs on your list. I’ll definitely be back.
